A tradition of ours is to buy a tub of lady bugs every year in the spring (well, early spring….okay, more like late winter.) Our kids love playing with them. That night we got a babysitter who is a homeschooled girl. She told our kids it was crazy hair and wacky clothes day, so they were all “wacky.”

I like the wacky hair, though. Especially Luke. He’s gonna love that when he’s older, I’m sure.
My kids have done wacky wardrobe day with another family as well. They even did this as teens and loved it. What fun.
